What payment methods does CANNA accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDeal (free).
  • Credit card (free). We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
  • Pay after delivery (pay within 14 days of receiving your item).

Does CANNA have a secure payment environment?

Yes, we use a secure SSL connection. You can recognize the SSL connection by the HTTPS link and/or the green lock in the web browser. Potentially sensitive information is encrypted. Others do not have access to this information.

Where can I find the invoice?

After your invoice has been shipped, you can find the invoice in your online account under 'my orders'. We also include a copy of the invoice in the package.

Can I change the details on the invoice?

Please contact our customer service if you wish to change your invoice. Changes in the invoice are possible during 30 days. We will email the modified invoice within three working days.

Shipping and delivery 

What is the delivery time?

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Our delivery time is five working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the PostNL track and trace code that we email to you once the order has left our distribution center. Enter the code on the PostNL website to track your order.

Can I pick up my order at a pick-up point?

Yes, you can. During the ordering process, you will find an overview of addresses and opening hours of pick-up points in your area.

I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry. Please contact our customer service.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been processed yet, you can cancel the order by contacting our customer service. If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Right of withdrawal

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If you do so, you are refunded within 14 days from the date on which the right of withdrawal is exercised (upon receipt of the returned order or proof of shipment of the returned product).

Why has my payment failed?

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please check if the payment was successful.

If so, please wait. It can take up to one hour before you receive an order confirmation. Did you not receive an order confirmation after one hour? Please contact our customer service.

Has your payment failed? Payments could fail due to a number of reasons. You can place the order again.

Why did my credit card payment fail?

Payments could fail due to a number of reasons. Do you still wish to place an order? Please choose a different payment method.
