How do I return a product?
If you wish to return an item, you can fill out the return form that you received with your package and send it along with your item. Place the return sticker over the original sticker. You can drop off your package at any post office and keep your proof of postage.
We do not offer free returns. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
What are the conditions for return?
Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and have original tags attached.
When do I receive a refund?
If you return an item, we will process the return shipment. This can take up to 14 days. Once we have received the item at our distribution center, we will refund you as soon as possible. We aim to refund you within five working days.
If you have not received the refund within five working days, please contact our customer service.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund you as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days.
